Frequently Asked Questions
How will I receive CE credit?
CE Verification codes are given at the end of each course. From the "My Courses" section of this app, find the course and click the "CE Certificate" button, enter the given code, and your certificate will be emailed right to you. A second option is to print course certificates after the meeting at WesternRegional.org with the given course codes. If you practice in Arizona, a third option is to keep this code, with your name badge and course handouts as proof of course attendance.
Change a course?
No tickets are printed during the event as they are for pre-registered courses only.
To change a course, simply go to the location of the course you wish to attend. Those who pre-registered will be seated first but registered participants may go to any learning opportunity without a ticket if space is available. Seating is only guaranteed until 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the program. Ticketed participants arriving less than 10 minutes before the start of the program will be asked to wait and will be seated on a space available basis only. In accordance with the ADA CERP accreditation policy, there will be no admittance 30 minutes after the program has begun.
When all seats are filled, the classroom will be closed, in compliance with strict city fire code regulations.
You can change courses in this mobile app by removing the course you no longer wish to attend in the "My Courses" area by clicking the remove button. Then follow the steps in the "Add a course" to adjust your schedule as needed.

Dining options?
We know it's hard to make time for lunch between the top-notch speakers and a full exhibit hall, so we've secured a variety of food options for you to grab on the go. We will have food trucks available each day from approximately 10am-2pm, just outside the Exhibit Hall in the Aurora Circle. Just follow the signs while at WRDE! There are also several restaurant options located within walking distance of the Westgate Entertainment District.
What days can I see Exhibitors?
The Exhibit Hall will be open:
- Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Saturday, 8:30am - 1:00pm
Will WiFi be provided?
Yes! When you arrive at WRDE, you'll be able to use the free WiFi by connecting to:

Where can I find course handouts?

To access these electronic handouts, go to "My Courses" on the main screen of this app. Courses with handouts will have a button that emails the handout right to you. If a handout button is not listed, the speaker has chosen to not provide a handout.
When will WRDE be held again?
The Western Regional Dental Experience will held at the same location, in the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa in Glendale, Arizona on March 27-29, 2025 and then again on April 9-11, 2026.
I lost an item, what should I do
Any lost and found items are held at the WRDE Registration desk, located next to the registration desk. After the meeting ends the items will be held at the Arizona Dental Association (480-344-5777) for a few weeks.
I'm looking for previous year's WRDE courses?
This app is for the current WRDE meeting, but fear not! Past CE certificates can be created at WesternRegional.org
