The best approach to restoring endodontically treated teeth is an evolving paradigm. While many of the traditional principles and best practices around post and core fabrication continue to hold true, the development of predictable dentin bonding, flexible and bondable post materials, and novel approaches in delivery enable today's practitioners to restore debilitated teeth with improved prognosis.
